The Oracle by Blue Karma is a luxury Phinisi boat designed by Alexa Genoyer, founder and owner of Blue Karma Secrets. The yacht was expertly crafted by skilled artisans from South Sulawesi, featuring two main cabins with a 360-degree view of the ocean, an extra cabin for a romantic getaway, and a spacious indoor living room. It offers guests an intimate and indulgent cruising experience across the Indonesian archipelago.

Carefully designed by her Blue Karma hotelier owners, Oracle evokes Indonesian heritage with locally sourced wood and traditional boat building.
Crafted meticulously from ironwood and teak by skilled carpenters, descendants of legendary pirate builders, The Oracle’s construction commenced on a serene beach in 2017, spanning two years before welcoming its eager voyagers.

Recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, the ‘Phinisi’ stands as the epitome of indigenous shipbuilding artistry in the archipelago. These traditional Indonesian vessels, carrying invaluable treasures, have traversed spice routes since the 16th century.

Oracle delivers a luxurious, soulful experience sailing among Indonesia’s spectacular islands, from Komodo National Park to Raja Ampat and everywhere in between. In line with Blue Karma’s commitment to a sustainable, conscious way of travelling, Oracle harnesses the spirit of her environment to deliver a harmonious private cruise.

LIFE ON BOARD
Oracle is ideal for couples or small families with her intimate layout and expansive deck space, geared towards outdoor living at its finest. Her crew includes a cruise director, captain, chief officer, two engineers, two stewards, a private chef and a masseuse.
Oracle’s living spaces include a 36sqm indoor living room with comfortable sofas and a bar area, while out on the foredeck there is plenty of space to relax and soak up the views. The upper deck is fitted with daybeds for lounging.

ACCOMMODATION
Oracle is cleverly designed to ensure that the two cabins are equal in comfort and luxury, ensuring that all guests have the same sensational levels of accommodation onboard.

Oracle has two large suites above deck, one on the upper deck and another on the main deck. Both cabins feature panoramic windows, en-suite bathrooms and secluded alfresco terraces. There is a third smaller cabin located below deck, with a double bed that is suitable for children or additional staff, bringing Oracle’s total capacity to six guests. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and Sonos systems.

DINING
A culinary focus means guests are treated to exceptional dishes onboard.

Oracle’s menus have been carefully put together by Chef Ridwan Hakim, who is head chef at Blue Karma’s properties and whose previous experience includes time spent at the celebrated Hanging Gardens hotel in Ubud.
