Mutiara Laut is a thoroughbred sailing yacht and was purposely designed and rigged to have true sailing capabilities. When all 7 sails are up and the wind fills the 850m2 or 9,000 sq.ft. surface, Mutiara Laut will easily go close to 8 knots, allowing guests to discover the natural beauty and splendour of even the remotest islands in safety and comfort at a smooth, leisurely pace.

Mutiara Laut’s owner constructed his ship in Kalimantan following a life as a captain that saw him travel the world six times over. Since its inaugural journey in 2010, Mutiara Laut has been a vessel designed with families in mind, creating lasting memories. Mutiara Laut‘s indoor 36m2 lounge and dining area provide a climate-controlled multi-purpose space where guests can enjoy a meal or unwind, escaping the midday sun. Large windows encircle the interior lounge, giving it an open and airy ambiance while keeping guests connected to the rugged landscape. The space is dressed in neutral tones touched with traditional textiles in warm colours. An intimate dining room seats up to 14 guests.

The doors lead to the covered outdoor lounge and dining space, offering the chance for open-air dining beneath the stars and a place to unwind on comfortable day beds and sofas. Mutiara Laut‘s lounge space transforms as the sun moves across the sky. A perfect space for morning yoga, blissful afternoon relaxation and everyone’s favorite, a peaceful evening admiring starlight.

14 crew are on board with wide knowledge of the region, cruising areas, guided tours ashore, and the best spots for beach barbecues.
Mutiara Laut has two tenders, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, waterskis, a wakeboard and a banana boat on board for added thrills for children and adults alike.

ACCOMMODATION
Mutiara Laut is fitted with 7 cabins spread on its 2 decks. Crisp, white, fresh, and inspiring, our master suite ascends to new heights in style, offering unparalleled comfort and sophistication. Complete with a large private terrace, elegant ensuite. walk in closet, king bed and wide windows, it is located at the aft of the vessel on the main deck.

4 Double Cabins and 2 front cabins featuring double beds are located on the lower deck. Each of the four double cabins is equipped with king size bed (convertible to twin beds) and a sofa that can be transformed into a single bed. Two front twin cabns can be converted into double beds. Each is fitted with 2 portholes, ensuite bathrooms, wardrobes and remote AC.

Paying tribute to Mutiara Laut’s old schooler inspiration, every cabin is carefully decorated to reflect old world European sailing vessel.

DINING
Much attention to detail has been given to the meals, with a varied menu of gourmet dishes served on plates or buffet-style. Special dietary requirements are readily catered for upon request.
